      本文提出一种新的基于向量投影的在线故障诊断方法。此方法的核心是要建立故障信号向量,并利用Lattice滤波器算法[1],通过观察故障信号向量在观测信号空间上的投影来实现故障检测和分离的。本方法除了得到仿真实验的验证处,还在实际的转子模拟实验台上,对三种典型的故障——摩擦、油膜涡动和油膜振荡实现了在线故障诊断。实验结果表明这种方法是有效的,而且比谱分析法对故障有更高的灵敏度。
英文摘要
      A new method of on-line fault diagnosis, which is based on vector projection using the Lattice Filter Algorithm [1], is proposed in this paper. The kernel of this method is to create fault signal vector. Fault detection and isolation can then be effected by projecting fault signal vector on the measurement signal space. Apart from simulation studies, tests are also carried out on an experimental apparatus in the laboratory for three typical faults—friction, oil whirl, and whip. The experimental results show that the poposed method is an effective method, and is more sensitive to faults than the usual spectrum analysis method.
