      针对我国目前近海渔业资源的过度捕捞状况,本文讨论过度捕捞渔业资源系统的可控性和最优捕捞问题。文中首先给出了从一个资源状态到另一个资源状态的可控性充要条件和最短到达时间,然后证明了最优捕捞策略的存在性和给出了最优捕捞策略的表达式。
英文摘要
      According to the status that the inshore fishery resources in China have been overexploited biologically and optimal catch problems for overexploited fishery resources systems. In the first part of this paper, the necessary and sufficient conditions of controllability are obtained and the shortest reach time from one resource state to another is given; In the second part of this paper, the existence of optimal catch strategy is proved and the explicit expression of optimal catch strategy is given.
