本文介绍了光导纤维拉丝这一多输入单输出,具有测量延迟及非线性特性的随机过程的实验研究情况。讨论了被控过程动态方程的建立、参数的辨识、最小方差闭环控制以及双微机型联机分集处理等问题。实验采用自动计算并实行修正控制参数β0以及遗忘因子ρ的自适应控制方案。在线控制实验表明收到了预期的效果。 |

This paper deals with the experimental research on the control of fiber drawing stochstic process, which is a multi -input and single -output process with measurement time -delay and non -linear character. The problems discussed are the derivation of the dynamical expression of the process, the identification of parameters; minimal variance control; the connection and hierarchy processing of two microprocessors etc. Adaptive control scheme is derived, which automatically calculates and updates the control parameter β0 and forgetting factor ρ in real -time. Results of the on -one experiments confirm the anticipated effects. |
