      本文在回顾人工智能、专家系统的发展及大型合成氨安全生产的特点的基础上,从知识表达、推理机制与系统实施几个方面,讨论和介绍了大型合成氨厂生产保护和故障诊断专家系统。该系统在某化肥厂运行表明其使用方便,性能可靠,给生产过程带来明显经济效益,有很大的推广价值。
英文摘要
      In this paper, on the basis of overview on artificial intelligent, expert system and characters of safety production in ammonia plant, a practical expert system is developed for safety project and fault detection of ammonia plant with some new consideration on knowledge express, reasoning machine and system implementation. This expert system has been implemented in a ammonia plant with satisfied results. Siginficent economic benefit is expected to be achieved.
