英文摘要
      A method to design a robust stabilization controller for uncertain systems with interval parameters which can be time-varying is presented. Only the bounds of the system parameters are required to design the robust controller. The design procedure is iterative in nature and the obtainded robust controller is a linear and fixed one but can tolerate all admissible uncertainties. The method is demonstrated by a power system load-frequency control example.
