中文摘要 |
针对冷带轧机厚控系统被控对象参数在轧制过程中, 尤其在不同道次轧制时的时变特性, 本文在常规极点配置自校正控制器设计的基础上, 利用内模原理, 在原自校正控制器中加入积分因子, 设计了厚控系统自校正控制器, 从而有效地消除了系统的静差. 实验结果表明, 所设计的自校正控制器确保了系统的控制精度, 明显地提高了产品质量. |

In view of the parameters time varying of the controlled plant of gauge control system for the cold strip mill in the rolling process,especially in different paths rolling, a kind of self tuning controller is designed by using the internal model principle to add the integrate factor to the conventional pole assignment self tuning controller. Thus it can effectively eliminate the steady error of gauge control system.The experimental result shows that the designed self tuning controller can ensure the accuracy of gauge control system, the quality of products has been improved evidently. |
