This paper set up the hybrid control optimal model of the laminar cooling process of hot rolled slab based on the distributed control system(DCS), then realized the closed loop control in the supervisory control level. The software package, which includes functions of simulation and control, has also been built based on a real laminar cooling process in ANSHAN Steel Corporation. The detailed simulation results are presented to justify the correctness of the new control strategy. |
