硝酸氨生产中和过程pH值控制对于产品质量有很大的影响 .对这个过程的精确控制一直是硝酸氨生产中的一个难题 .原因在于中和过程是一个强非线性大时滞过程 .在合成氨生产中几乎所有的合成氨装置对氢氮比的控制都存在一定的问题 ,氢氮比系统是一个超大时滞系统 ,PID调节器对这种过程实现稳定闭环控制几乎不可能 .用无模型控制方法借助于它的强有力的控制功能 ,对上述两个过程实现了闭环稳定控制 ,并对无模型控制方法在上述两个过程中的成功应用进行了分析与介绍 |
英文摘要 |
The pH value control of neutrality process of ammonium nitrate product has a great influence on the quality of the production.But it is always difficult to control the pH value in producing ammonium nitrate,because it is a strong non-linear and large-scale time-delay process.In the process of synthetic ammonia production,nearly all the synthetic ammonia equipments have got the problem with the control of the ratio between hydrogen and nitrogen.The system of ratio for hydrogen and nitrogen is a super large-scale time-delay system,it is impossible for PID controller to make this closed-loop control process stable.But by the model free control law's powerful controlled function,the above two processes can be stably closed-loop controlled.The paper analyzes and introduces its successful applications to the two processes. |
