针对冷连轧过程中多变量、强耦合、不确定的厚度和张力系统, 提出了基于不变性原理解耦的H∞混合灵敏度鲁棒控制策略. 建立了厚度和张力系统的动态耦合模型, 应用不变性解耦原理实现了对厚度和张力系统的解耦, 以减弱系统的耦合影响, 并针对系统动态模型的参数摄动以及外部扰动等不确定性, 采用H∞混合灵敏度方法设计了鲁棒控制器以保证系统的鲁棒稳定性和鲁棒性能. 仿真结果验证了本算法对厚度和张力系统控制的有效性. |

Based on the invariance-decoupling theory, a new robust control scheme using H-infinity mixed sensitivity is introduced for thickness and tension system with the features of multivarivble, strong coupling and uncertainty in tandem cold rolling process. The thickness and tension dynamic coupling model is built, and the invariance-decoupling theory is used to decouple the MIMO system to weaken the coupling effects. Then a robust controller is designed using H-infinity mixed sensitivity method for system uncertainty of dynamic model parameter perturbation and external disturbance to insure the robust stability and robust performance. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm for the thickness and tension system. |
