      无人作战表现出高动态性、高复杂性和不确定性的特点,传统指挥控制系统难以满足无人作战全自主、自适应、抗毁伤的需求.在平行军事和作战指挥控制活动的筹划–准备–执行–评估(PREA)环理论的指导下,本文基于无人作战体系,对无人系统的指挥控制架构进行研究,提出了基于PREA环的平行无人指挥控制系统.基于观察评估活动实现物理战场描述和作战效能评估;基于预测规划活动实现作战决策规划和方案仿真推演;基于计划指导活动实现计划指令生成和作战行动准备;基于执行监控活动实现自主控制执行和作战行动监控.通过对观察评估智能、预测规划智能、计划指导智能和执行监控智能相关技术和方法进行研究,实现无人作战的信息化、自主化、智能化指挥控制.
英文摘要
      Unmanned combat shows the characteristics of high dynamics, high complexity and uncertainty, and the traditional command and control system does not satisfy the full autonomy, self-adaptation and damage resistance of unmanned combat. Under the guidance of parallel military and planning, readiness, execution and assessment (PREA) loop theory, this paper studies the command and control architecture of unmanned system, and proposes a parallel unmanned command and control system based on PREA loop. Observing and assessing enable physical battlefield description and operational effectiveness assessment; Planning realize decision-making and scenario simulation deduction; Directing and Readiness enable planning instruction generation and combat operational readiness; Supervisory control enable autonomous control of execution and monitoring of combat operations. Through the research on observing and assessing intelligence, planning intelligence, directing intelligence and supervisory control intelligence, the informatization, autonomy and intelligent command and control of unmanned combat are realized.
