本文针对高炉煤气与焦炉煤气混合加压过程, 提出一种基于子空间辨识的过程状态与输出关系建模方法. 通过分析过程的强耦合特性, 以蝶阀前的高炉煤气压力和流量、焦炉煤气压力和流量为过程状态, 混合煤气热值和压力为输出, 采用子空间辨识方法建立了一个4输入2输出的关系模型. 仿真实验表明, 建立的模型有效地反映了过程特性, 具有较高的辨识精度. |

To deal with the mixing-and-pressurization process of the blast furnace gas and the coke oven gas, we propose a model describing the relationship between process states and outputs. By analyzing the strongly coupled features in the process, we construct a relationship model using subspace identification method which takes four inputs including the pressure and flow-rate preceding the valves in both the blast furnace and the coke oven, and two outputs including the calorific value and pressure of the mixed gas. The simulation shows that this model is of high accuracy for describing the characteristics of gas mixing-and-pressuring process. |
