阵不等式方法, 本文深入研究了该模型的全局渐进稳定性问题, 推导出了新的该模型的稳定性判据; 最后, 通过4个
实例验证了所得的稳定性判据的可行性. 本文研究为含有时变时滞的分数阶中立型神经网络的稳定性研究提供了
新的依据. |

This paper addresses the global asymptotic stability problem of a specific class of fractional-order neutral-type
neural networks with time-varying delays. Firstly, a model is proposed to characterize such neural networks, encompassing
fractional differential terms and time-varying delays. Secondly, by employing Lyapunov functional theory and linear matrix
inequality methods, the study conducts an in-depth examination of the global asymptotic stability problem inherent in
this model, resulting in the derivation of novel stability criteria. Finally, the feasibility of the obtained stability criteria is
rigorously assessed through four examples. This research endeavor provides valuable new insights into the stability analysis
of fractional-order neutral-type neural networks with time-varying delays. |
