| This paper extend the result of reference [1] to systems with delays, and the optimal control problem of systems with multi-delays is transformed into an extremal problem by walsh transformation. An arithmetic of algebra-matrix solution is given. The difficulty of solving time-delay differential equation and iterative iteration is avoided. |
