According to the status that the inshore fishery resources in China have been overexploited biologically and optimal catch problems for overexploited fishery resources systems. In the first part of this paper, the necessary and sufficient conditions of controllability are obtained and the shortest reach time from one resource state to another is given; In the second part of this paper, the existence of optimal catch strategy is proved and the explicit expression of optimal catch strategy is given. |
