      本文讨论林勇状态反馈实现奇异系统的干扰解耦问题,提出了绝对C-能观的概念。利用这个概念,对(ET,CT)行满秩的奇异系统给出了干扰解耦有解的充要条件。

      In this paper we discuss the disturbance decoupling problem by state feedback for singular systems. The concept of absolute C-observable subsystem is presented, by use of this concept the necessary and sufficient condition for the disturbance decoupling problem for singular systems which satisfy that (ET, CT) has full row tank is given.
