In this paper on the basis of [1] we have furtherly discussed the problem of regular state observers design for singular systems of the form: Ex=Ax+Bu+Mf,y=Dz with the input unknown, and is shown that this problem can be transformed to the problem of state observer design for a regular system of order lower than rank E (which have been well solved) as long as there exist regular state observers for singular system of the above form. |
