      本文在文[1]的基础上进一步讨论了含有未知输入(或外部干扰)的广义系统Ex=Ax+Bu+Mf,y=Dz的正则状态观测器问题。结果表明:只要这样的观测器存在,则也可将其设计化为一个低于rankE阶的正则系统的相应问题。
英文摘要
      In this paper on the basis of [1] we have furtherly discussed the problem of regular state observers design for singular systems of the form: Ex=Ax+Bu+Mf,y=Dz with the input unknown, and is shown that this problem can be transformed to the problem of state observer design for a regular system of order lower than rank E (which have been well solved) as long as there exist regular state observers for singular system of the above form.
