      本文给出一种根据管坯传热模型确定以管坯出炉温度最佳和燃耗最低为综合最优性能指标的最优炉温分布的方法,建立了加热炉的过程模型,并在此模型基础上提出了用广义最小方差控制策略实现最优炉温分布的方法。本文还给出了一组加热炉炉温的广义最小方差控制的计算机仿真结果。

      In this paper, we present a method to determine the optimal furnace temperature distribution of a circular reheating furnace based on the heat conducting model of tubular steel blanks heated in the furnace under the composite optimizing the temperature of the blank at the exit of the furnace and minimzing the fuel consumption. Based on the furnace process model, we use the Generalized Minimum Variance Control Strategy to realize the optimal furnace distribution. In the end, we give the computer simulation result for the control strategy.
