A state observer design procedure is presented for discrete linear time-varying systems, without such requirement as complete observability in the well known Luenberger’s observer theory. The necessary and sufficient condition for the new concept of complete (i,j,Ti)- reconstructibility, where j=i,i-1, is given. |
