| This paper discusses the properties on the primitive SISO multirate discrete-time system L1 optimization problem. The problem is the key to the sampled-data system L1 optimal design. It is demonstrated that by constructing an SISO L1 problem or an MIMO L1 problem which can be treated easily, the suboptimal solution of the primitive multirate L1 problem can be obtained. |
