      本文将正常系统与奇异系统统一表示为一般动态系统,通过系统的一种新的受限制等价分解形式,给出了系统降阶观测器设计,进而采用互质分式表示法给出了系统降阶观测器的参数化表示.
英文摘要
      In this paper,regular and singular systems are unitedly represented as generalized dynamical systems. Areduced-order observer is designed by means of a new restricted equivalent form of systems,and moreover the parameterizations of reduced-order observer are developed by using doubly coprime fractional representation approach.
