      本文提出的一种求解梯级水电系统优化调度问题的新算法,能够综合处理离散运行区间. 最小启停机时间等离散约束以及水库间的水力耦合网络约束. 基于实际系统数据的数值验证表明了本算法的有效性和实用性.
英文摘要
      A new algorithm for scheduling of hydro power systems with cascaded reservoirs within the Lagrange relaxation framework is presented in this paper. The algorithm can systematically consider discon-tinuous operating regions,discrete operating constraints such as minimum up/down times and hydraulic cou-pling of reservoirs. Numerical testing ba8ed on the data of a practical power system shows that the algorithm is efficient and practical.
