在纸浆浓度调节中, 由于传输滞后及执行器的惯性, 尤其是动刀式浓度变送器采样周期长, 采用数字PID调节将产生严重的滞后效应, 难以收到令人满意的结果. 该文用模糊调节取代PID调节, 具有控制精度高, 响应速度快, 稳定性好的优点. |

In the process of pulp consistency control, digital PID regulating will bring serious lag effect, because of the transmission lag, the actuator's inertia, especially the long sampling period of the moving blade consistency transmitter. It's difficult to achieve satisfactory result. In this paper, fuzzy regulating has such advantages as high control accuracy, quick response speed and good stability compared with PID regulating. |
