The paper is concerned with the reliable controller parameterization problem. A procedure for designing a family of reliable nonlinear H∞ state feedback controllers is presented. These controllers are obtained by interconnecting the ‘central controller’ with an asymptotically stable free system that satisfies one additional cascade condition. The resulting closed loop nonlinear system is reliable in the sense that they provide guaranteed local internal stability and H∞ performance not only when all actuators are operational but also when some of actuators experience outages. The results of this paper provide a deeper insight into the synthesis of the reliable nonlinear H∞ state feedback. |
