      明确指出了鲁棒稳定多项式双参数摄动域的概念, 分两种情形推导了该域的范围. 将其应用于电力系统的鲁棒稳定分析, 揭示负荷特性不确定性对其小扰动稳定性的影响, 算例结果表明, 这是一种对电力系统鲁棒稳定性进行系统化分析的新途径.
英文摘要
      For the robust stability analysis of polynomials, the concept of dual parameter perturbation region is clearly pointed out,and its bounds are estimated. The conclusion is then applied to power system analysis, and the framework and an example are given to investigate the influence of the nonlinear load models to the system small signal stability. This paper indicates a novel systematic method to analyze the power system robust stability.
