Analyze the problem existing in the product quality of temper mill and propose a decoupling control strategy based on pole assignment. The theoretic analysis, computer simulation and industrial experiment prove that the strategy can implement decoupling control among the forward tension, the backward tension and the roller speed of temper mill , lower their coupling degree, improve control performance and ultimately help promote product quality. |
