备件保障过程存在大量不确定性, 使其决策困难. 本文以序列运算理论的概率性序列为基础, 把需求、维修、存储的备件数量看作一维离散的随机变量, 通过随机序列之间的卷和、卷差和交积运算来分析保障过程中各随机事件之间的相互作用, 从而对保障过程进行动态描述; 通过概率性序列的期望值理论确立了备件需求满足率来预测库存备件补充的时机和数量, 从而为备件存储决策提供依据. |
英文摘要 |
The supporting process of spare parts is associated with a number of uncertainties which make the decisionmaking difficult. Based on the probabilistic sequence of sequence operation theory, we treat the quantity of demand, provision and storage of spare parts as a one-dimensional discrete random variable. The interaction between random variables in the support process of spare parts is analyzed through the addition-type-convolution(ATC), subtraction-typeconvolution(STC) and the and-type-production(ATP), providing a dynamic description of the supporting process of spare parts. The demand-rate for spare parts is determined based on the expectation theory of probabilistic sequences, by which the time and amount of the inventory are forecasted in the decision-making. |
