用户侧分布式储能是电网潜在的优质调频资源, 它们的闲余时间和闲余电量未能得到很好的利用. 本文以
分布式储能集群为研究对象, 基于状态势博弈理论提出了一种完全分布式的协同优化算法, 实现分布式储能有效汇
聚参与电网一次调频. 为适应分布式储能频繁退出/参与调频辅助服务, 本文首先将分布式储能一次调频问题转化
为状态势博弈, 依据分布式储能汇聚特点与需求, 建立了分布式储能的行为逻辑与互动机制. 在事件驱动机制下, 使
得分布式储能自适应地通过相互博弈来动态调整自身策略, 保证分布式储能集群单位调节功率的充足与稳定. 最后
给出了交流微电网的算例, 证明了该算法作用下的分布式储能集群能有效汇聚, 辅助增强电力系统频率稳定性. |
英文摘要 |
User-side distributed energy storages are potential high-quality resources for frequency modulation in the
power system. However, their idle time and idle power are under poor utilization. This paper takes distributed energy
storage cluster as the research object, and designs a completely distributed collaborative control algorithm based on the
state potential game theory so as to promote distributed energy storage aggregation to participate in the primary frequency
modulation of the power system. To adapt to the situation that distributed energy storage frequently exits/participates in
frequency auxiliary services, this paper first turns the problem into a state potential game, then establishes the distributed
storage behavior logic and their interaction mechanism. By this way, distributed energy storages can adjust their strategy
dynamically through interactions, eventually the overall unit regulated power of distributed energy storage cluster is kept
as constant. Finally, a simulation of AC microgrid is given, which proves that the distributed energy storage cluster based
on this algorithm can effectively enhance the frequency stability of power system. |
