悬浮液密度的稳定控制是保证重介分选精煤质量的重要手段, 本文着重考虑重介分选密度回路多速率采
样控制的实际生产情况, 提出一种基于多速率事件触发控制的重介分选密度调控方法. 首先通过提升技术与基于
连续学习的多速率辨识方法建立密度回路多速率模型, 进而设计基于事件触发机制的模型预测控制器, 使密度回路
能够在保证控制性能的前提下, 减少控制器的更新次数, 从而减少通讯资源的浪费. 通过仿真验证了本文所提控制
方法的有效性. 该研究成果为工业互联网环境下的重介分选密度控制器设计提供了新方法. |
英文摘要 |
The stable control of suspension density is an important means to ensure the quality of dense medium separation fine coal. This paper focuses on the actual production of multi-rate sampling control of density loop, and proposes a
dense medium separation density control method based on multi-rate event-triggered control method. Firstly, lifting technology and a multi-rate identification method based on continuous learning is adopted to construct the multi-rate model of
density loop. Next, a model predictive controller based on event-triggered mechanism is designed, so that the density loop
can reduce the updating times of controller on the premise of ensuring control performance, so as to reduce the waste of
communication resources. The simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed control method. The study provides a
new method for the design of dense medium separation density controller in industrial internet framework. |
