      工业相机视场角的优化配置对提升目标的图像质量有重要作用,然而,目前视场角的配置存在一定盲目性, 导致图像传感器的像素被大量浪费.为此,本文提出了一种基于成像区域模型的工业相机视场角优化配置方法.首 先,建立空间三维坐标系以定量描述工业成像场景;然后,基于空间坐标变换建立成像区域模型,揭示工业相机的视 场角、成像方向和成像区域的定量关系;最后,设计基于二分–粒子群的视场角优化配置算法,实现以最小视场角获 取完整目标图像.实验结果表明,利用本文方法优化配置视场角后,图像传感器的像素得到充分利用,图像质量明显 提高,可为工业相机视场角的选型提供可靠参考.
英文摘要
      The optimal configuration of the field angle of industrial cameras plays an important role in improving the image quality of targets. However, there is a certain blindness in the configuration of field angle, which leads to a large number of wasted pixels of image sensors. To this end, an optimal configuration method for field angle of industrial cameras based on the imaging area model is proposed. Firstly, establishing a three-dimensional coordinate system in space to quantitatively describe the industrial imaging scene. Then, an imaging area model is established based on the spatial coordinate transformation to reveal the quantitative relationship among the field angle, imaging direction and imaging area of industrial cameras. Finally, an optimization configuration algorithm for field angle based on the bisection-particle swarm is designed to obtain the image of the complete target by the minimum field angle of industrial cameras. The experimental results show that after using the proposed method to optimize the configuration of field angle, the pixels of image sensors are fully utilized, and the image quality is significantly improved, which can provide a reliable reference for the selection of the field angle of industrial cameras.
