Abstract:

The original version of this article unfortunately contained a mistake. The birth year of Dr. Minghao TAN was incorrect in his biography. The corrected biography is given below. Minghao TAN was born in 1972. He received his Ph.D. from the Northeastern University, China, in 2004. He is an associate professor at the Shenyang University of Technology. His research interests include intelligence control and robust control.
